Bayern Munich have once again been named champions of Germany and this is their sixth title in a row. They are now aiming to add the Champions League to their trophy cabinet and they are in a good position to reach the last four. In the quarter final first leg, they beat Sevilla 2-1 and their away goals mean that it would take a huge shock for them to be beaten at home.

Their opponents have caused upsets before, though, and they were responsible for Manchester United being knocked out in the last-16 stage. Sevilla will not be able to catch Real Madrid in fourth place domestically – they are seventh at the moment – so the best hope is that they somehow manage to beat Bayern despite the odds being against them, and then winning the Champions League.

Bayern Munich recently beat Borussia Dortmund at the Allianz Arena and they have one of the best strikers in the world in the form of Robert Lewandowski – the Polish striker has scored 35 times in all competitions this season. Vincenzo Montella, Sevilla manager, will take confidence from the fact that they won at Old Trafford last month, though Bayern Munich are clearly a much stronger team than the Premier League club.

If Champions League and European football betting is your thing, then few bookmakers are better to use than They have every game covered – including great season bets – and for this match Bayern Munich are 1.02 to get through to the next round and 1.22 to also win the second-leg outright. Sevilla are 13.2 to triumph and reach the semi-finals for the first time and this would go down as one of the great upsets. See the in-game odds here.
