Guts Review

1. General Information
Guts is a growing sports betting and \casino company. They are headquartered in Malta and have been active for around five years since 2013. Compared to some other names in the industry, this makes them relatively well established but still growing. Their website is very varied with Sports, Casino, Live Casino and Poker sections to choose from.
2. About Registration
An obvious ‘sign-up’ red button is available to the top right of the Guts homepage. The initial process for registration is straightforward. Phone number, email address and a new username are the requirements. A pin code is used as verification before the account is created. This is an easy process that can be completed quickly.
3. About the Website
Unlike many other sites Guts is casino-focussed – homepage starts with casino, which is then broken down by providers. The website landing page is perhaps not the best unless you are a big fan of casino games. The sports betting option is listed on the top of the page so can be easily found. The button for the promotions section is disappointingly small.
The main slider displays the latest main promotion – again this is based on Casino players and so are the graphics.
4.Betting Supply and Odds
The range of suppliers at Guts is very strong and gives punters plenty of choice. One major name is NetEnt and there is a lot of branding on the main page and elsewhere to display this. Gonzo from Gonzo’s Quest is shown on the slider. In sports there are nice banners and sliders to display top upcoming events. There is a nice number of different events to choose from, particularly from football with top European competitions available. eSports betting has recently added to so there is a lot of variety. Odds are basically industry standard but are not as generous as some bookmakers – for example at Tipbet.
5. Live Betting
There is a dedicated Live Betting section on the homepage. This is listed in between sports and casino. Upon entering the latest matches and different sports are shown. Football is the default choice but there is also ice hockey, basketball and many others. The live graphics are basic, but they do help with making a betting choice. Less common sports such as volleyball, ice hockey and table tennis are nice features.
6. Features and Tools
One of the best feature from Guts is the fact that they have a Cash Out option available to punters. Customers are able to take control of their betting slip by picking events from football, basketball, tennis and ice hockey. The usual Cash Out features apply so this can be used to get a profit or ensure lower losses depending on how the event is unfolding. This can be utilized in the Cash Out tab. This can not be used with bonus funds. Cash Out can also not be used in the Draw No Bet market.
7.Betting on Mobiles and Smart Devices
Guts do not have a dedicated app for their players to download and play with, but this is not rare in the industry. Instead they advertise the fact that their players are able to play their complete list of games and bet on the same sports on both their mobile phone and tablet devices. The website is formatted well so that quality is not affected by transferring from PC to mobile devices, so the lack of an app is certainly not a problem.
8.  Customer Service has a great Live Chat feature. A button for this is at the bottom right side of the page at all times. In order to speak to an agent quite a few details are required, including name, email, topic and message. This is slightly negative, but it must be said that the quality of service is very good. Agents speak English of a native level. They are also very helpful and ensure that queries are properly answered. A frequently asked questions section is a helpful touch and covers all aspects of the website.
9.Payment Methods
It is a shame that players must be logged in to see what payment methods. This could put off players from registering initially. However, after a helpful customer service assistant gave these when making the review, they are: Visa, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafe and Ecopayz. These are pretty standard options, though not as varied as many competitors. The denominations for deposit amount are €20, €30, €50, €100, €200, Other.
10.Bonus Offers
Poker section has some nice promotions and there is a €1000 Welcome Bonus offered. There is, in addition, a dedicated promotions page which is the industry standard nowadays.  They have a section for each of Sports and Casino which is a positive move and allows customers to choose their favourite ones. In sports this includes the Cash Out, which gives better flexibility. Guts would be better if it had more for each section, but there is still a good variety.
Guts is a solid sports betting and Casino website that has a nice range of events in both. The website is pretty modern and one of the best aspects is the customer service offered through Live Chat. The fact that it has a Maltese MGA license means that it is a solid choice for any gambler. There could be some slight improvements in the number of promotions, and some layout features as well.
